This brand new remodeled, 6000 sq ft. villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal in downtown Cabo San Lucas - Mexico. Situated at the end of a very private street with a separate gate into the property, an incredible driveway grounded with a beautiful outdoor fountain and Lush Gardens throughout the property. 

Well-appointed Designer furnishings throughout the home, adorned by one of the best interior designers in the USA. Only the finest materials were used for your comfort and delight of your family and friends. Special care for all details, fabrics, rugs, mattresses, luxury bedding, bath and other fine linens.

Villa Blanca has spacious interior and exterior areas, divided into 3 floors:

First Floor:

- Large Living Room.

- Powder Room.

- Laundry Room.

- Open Kitchen with Dining Room.

- Large outdoor deck area with plenty of seating.

- Infinity Pool looking out over the Marina, Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean.

- Bedroom 1- King Room with separate seating area, Large bathroom with walk in shower.

Second Floor:

- Large Family/Game Room.

Response from the manager In response to this review this client did not book this home through me. In checking with the property manager it was reported that the property manager did not have arrival information. Once the rental agent contacted the manager he immediately left what he was doing and went directly to the home, about a 20 minute drive. Regarding the pool, each client is different. If someone wants full sun all day there are specific homes that offer this. We will advise the owner of the personal belongings and the inconvenience it has caused this guest. The home is rented on a regular basis and this is the first mention of this.
