It is located in a new, private gated community--A superb location that balances proximity to the beaches and downtown with privacy, elegance, exclusivity and fun as a relaxation getaway. If you want all this, but want to step out to the beach: your only alternative in Cabo is to book a hotel room on the beach for $600+/night per couple or rent a small condo on the Marina. Come see why this house is an outstanding experience with value. The house is conveniently situated within a mile of downtown Cabo San Lucas, on the Cabo San Lucas Tourist Corridor (Mexico 1 or Lazaro Cardenas).

How do damage deposits work?

If Dawn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
