At street level you will find parking and reception and going down in a stair tram for luggage, the most important asset of this property becomes the endless view of Cabo San Lucas Bay, marina and city lights, from every room. See where the Pacific Ocean becomes the Sea of Cortez...

The grand living room is a 60 feet long area where we carved on a natural rock the stairs for 5 bedrooms with ac and private bath. A 36 feet wide opening retractable windows to the terrace and pool makes this mansion a unique setting for any gathering, bachelor/rette party or just a family retreat. The view is a constant from kitchen, breakfast dinner , living and terrace, pool, bubbling jacuzzi hot tub. And as a touch of special celebration for this important vacation you will admire fireworks every night.. just like New Year Eve..all year...
