Villa is located on the "corridor" between downtown Cabo and San Jose Del

Cabo. 30 minutes from the airport.

Private transportation, a chief and additional housekeeping available for

additional charge.

Concierge on site for walk through on arrival, booking of reservations and

to answer any questions.

Snorkeling gear, pool toys. Close to swimming beach. Close to two

swim/snorkel coves.

Community has abundant green grass and a play structure for play.

Villa has enclosed gated entry patio with waterfall. Entry is on second floor

to an open floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen all exiting to a

large balcony with large table, chairs, and bar table overlooking Sea of

Cortez. Also on entry level is the large master king bedroom suite with

outdoor jacuzzi tub and dressing area. Down a spiral staircase with large

chandelier find large family room with leather sofa and reclining chairs with

large screen TV. Also on bottom level are two bedrooms with in-suite large

bathrooms. One bedroom with queen bed and the other bedroom with

two double beds. Two blow up queen matresses available. Bottom level

opens to large private patio, yard with pool, jacuzzi and lawn. Patio has

lounge chairs and dining table. All linens, towels and beach towels

supplied.
