Casa de Helios located in an exclusive private vacation home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez from every room in house! This beautiful and expansive fully furnished home, comfortably sleeps 8 to 10 people. It combines the warmth of classic Mexican architecture with state-of-the-art features of modern contemporary homes. The fabulous vaulted ceilings, tiled floors, and numerous windows yield a superbly bright and open atmosphere with sweeping panoramic ocean views. The house lends itself to entertaining in style. It is within 5 minute walk to our pristine semi-private white sandy Punta Bella beach.

The house is located in the prestigious Rancho Cerro Colorado, one of the most exclusive, secure, gated communities in the Los Cabos corridor. Nestled on the hillside, in a cove next to the Palmilla Resort - it is five minutes from San Jose del Cabo and 15 minutes from Cabo San Lucas.
Casa Helios, is a 3600 square foot home with more than 2000 square foot of outdoor open space. It features a large outdoor palapa, heated pool and jacuzzi with plenty of room to sit, relax and enjoy the ocean views as well as a spacious sunbathing area and outdoor kitchen. It is equipped with individually zoned air conditioning, satellite TV and stereo system. You will marvel at the early morning sunrise, the surrounding ocean views and the sight of migrating whales from the deck, watching the mother whales and their babies glinting in the water, playing and breaching in the huge beautiful bay.

Response from the owner Hi - your dissatisfied review is understandable. Our lead contractor fell ill and though they tried they could not complete final touch ups of the remodel in time. Instead of putting you up in a "not so perfectly set up" home--or cancelling the booking at the last minute -- we booked another villa, which was actually priced substantially higher in the market and bore the cost difference ourselves. We do regret the inconvenience of not staying in the place you had booked - but we do know from phone calls with other members' of your family that the place booked was excellent and more than comparable. Casa Helios is now remodeled completely and is even more comfortable and beautiful than before.
