HOA no parties or weddings although our property was an ideal wedding spot outside and in, the HOA does not allow, you could get married 1 mi away at Ponto beach has an amazing podium up high overlooking ocean, large parking lot and bathrooms and tables then stay overnight with your family.
Back entry only to property gated. two cars only. other cars must register and be parked off site with approval of owners.
