Description
Our vacation home 100m2 awaits in a typical Tuscan hamlet. Completely equipped and can comfortably accommodate 5 people in 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, beautiful private garden with 2 terraces and barbecue. The borgo of the pool is open late September and early May reached by walking. Program: rest, nature tours, good food and good wine! You occupy only our home ground floor is composed as follows: - 1 bedroom with double bed (160x195cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning and French windows overlooking the garden - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190cm ) can be converted into 1 double, 1 single bed (80x200cm) in mezzanine, wardrobe, air-conditioning and French doors overlooking the garden - 2 bathrooms-suite bathroom (one ensuite to the master bedroom) with toilet , bidet, sink, shower and window - 1 living room with dining-room, air-conditioning, crockery, satellite TV (many channels but mostly Italian), DVD player Blu-ray, bluetooth speaker for SmartPhone, board games and bar at your disposal, reading area with fireplace, French windows opening onto the terraces and garden - 1 open kitchen fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher , washer / dryer - 2 terraces: one with gazebo, dining area for 6 people and barbecue / the other with garden furniture and parasol The house is equipped with mosquito nets and WiFi. We chose quality mattresses (shape memory) and ergonomic pillows. sun baths are available in the garden, take them with you to enjoy the sun at the pool!
