Description
Awarded 3 stars by the France Tourism board. Our home lies in the nationale park Périgord-Limousin, close to 2 market towns.
Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the field.
The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with a king size bed.
In the bedroom you’ll find a large double bed (180×200 cm), which can be separated into two single if you wish. Please let us know beforehand if you want single beds.
In the living room we have placed a good quality sofa which folds out into a 140×200 bed.
We have 2 travels cots and highchairs available if you bring the tiny one(s)
The kitchen is fully fitted with a 4-burner hob, oven, fridge/freezer, micro wave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
You’ll also have all the crockery, cutlery and glassware that you might need.
The bathroom is modern with a shower and there is a separate toilet.
Outside you have your own dining area with your own barbecue or you can choose to use the shared barbecue area where you might be joined by guests from our B&B rooms and other gîtes.
You are welcome to share the breakfast with our B&B guests in the breakfast room. We serve a continental breakfast for the extra price of €8,- per person. Please let us know the day before if you want to join.
At night the dining room serves as a bar for all guests, with pool table, dartboard, boardgames, dvd's and books.
We do allow pets in the apartment, but please make sure to contact us beforehand. There might be other dogs already on the property (aside from our own two), and situations might arise where we can’t except other dogs for certain dates.
All bedlinen and towels are included, as well as a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner

“Perfect place for a relaxing stay”
Can't even think where to start with this place...The hosts - fabulous. The location - amazing. The Gite - perfect. The place was extremely clean and you could tell that the owners put a lot of pride in their place and everything has been put together with care and attention to make sure it is the perfect place to stay. We were here for 4 nights and have no negatives to say at all. It is suitable for if you have dogs as they have a fenced off area where you can safely let the dogs loose. They also had a pool (great for kids to play in), there were sunbeds in various locations around the property so you could relax in whatever spot you chose and there was even a nice big hammock under the trees, They have a barn conversion (communal area, shared with people stopping in the B & B part of the property) with a large kitchen if you would rather use that, though the kitchen in the Gite has everything you would need (except for a microwave). The barn also has a pool table, darts board and various board games to keep you occupied in the evenings or on a rainy day. There is a large outdoor BBQ area as well. Overall, this place is perfect to stay in with lots of thought gone into the place to make it welcoming. Would definitely come back here again!
