HOME RENTAL. 5,500 sqft vacation BEACH VILLA, 2 POOLS. WIFI and Internet in YUCATAN, MEXICO. Excellent Family Accommodations.

This three-story Villa is a perfect vacation home for families, reunions and group vacations. The sandy beach is just 60 yards walk.

The Villa can accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms plus 4 using sofa beds.

Each level of this 3 story Villa is a complete private condo with a kitchen, living/dining room, and private terraces for relaxing and/or dining.

Guests will love this quiet beach ambiance.

A secluded courtyard is a lovely area for a party.for guests, includes:-

* red tile roof gazebo with wet bar.

* Two restrooms with showers, a children's splash pool. BBQ.

* Lounge chairs, hammocks and outdoor furniture, and all shaded by

coconut palm trees.

The Villa is tiled throughout, comfortable and tastefully furnished. with far

more space, amenities and privacy than any hotel.

5 bedrooms accommodate 10 guests. 14 if using two queen size sofa beds.

Two Queen beds, three split Cal King beds or six double beds.

Approximately 200 miles west of CANCUN and 20 miles north of MERIDA, the capital city of YUCATAN.

AIR TRAVEL to MERIDA (MID), YUCATAN, MEXICO:-

Merida International Airport (MID) is 26 miles (1/2 hour) from the Villa.

Airport pick-ups from MERIDA or International Airport- (MID). { Fee} Cancun International Airport (CUN) is 200 miles (4-hour drive) east of

MERIDA.

"ADO" coach service is hourly, 24/7, between Cancun and Merida. Cost

about 300 pesos.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:-

MERIDA's colonial atmosphere and local nightlife – including a casino, is

just 35 minutes drive.

Guests will find a wealth of tour choices.

Impressive, historical MAYAN archaeological sites over 1500 years old.

The VILLA is close to many Mayan archaeological sites, Dzibilchaltun 20 minutes, Xcambo 30 km, CHICHEN ITZA is a 2 hours drive.

Good restaurants in PROGRESO 10km and MERIDA 30km.

Locals are very friendly and polite. Lively culture and traditions.

Spanish is the local language. Many speak Mayan (65% of the population

are Mayan). English is a second language.

MERIDA, Yucatan's capital city, is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is a

hub for trade in Yucatan, Mexico.

MAYAN site of Chichen Itza in Yucatan was named one of the Seven New

Wonders of the World in 2007. It is about a 2-hour drive from the Villa.

The largest number of MAYAN archaeological sites in Mexico are on the

Yucatan Peninsula.

"Puuc Route" of archaeological sites of the ancient Maya, have fewer visitors but are quite astonishing to behold. You WILL feel mysticism awe and wonder at all the ancient Mayan sites.

Owners spend several months each year in CastilloNicte-ha Villa. Stan and Anie hope our travels coincide. Love meeting guests. They love traveling, ballroom dancing. Anie speaks 5 languages, FRENCH, ITALIAN, PORTUGUESE, SPANISH, and ENGLISH.
