This stylish first floor self-catering apartment sleeps up to three people in two bedrooms.Dragon's Den is a first floor self-catering apartment above the owner's home a mile from the centre of the historic city of Chester. There is a double bedroom, a single and a bathroom, with an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and shared use of the enclosed lawned front garden. Dragon's Den is an easy stroll to the city centre with its river, Roman walls and amphitheatre, cathedral, shopping and nightlife, and also makes a great touring base for Liverpool, Manchester, North Wales, Shropshire and beyond.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, halogen oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV with FreeSat, WiFi, Hairdryer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate.Convenient on street parking. Bike storage on request. Shared use of enclosed lawned front garden with furniture.
