Description
In central historical Venice, a few steps from St. Mark’s Square, the very centre of the town. The apartment is on the first floor of a XVI century palace with private water entrance. It's very comfortable in size (around 1615 sqfts).
It has three bedrooms (a master bedroom and two large single rooms), a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a new big sofa and two armchairs. It has two bathrooms (the master one with the bath and shower, the second one with the shower). It is furnished with antique Venetian style furniture.
The apartment looks out on one side on to a small courtyard with a Romanesque well-head and the extraordinary view of St. Mark’s bell tower and on the other on to three typical inner canals and a stone bridge right in front of the living room window.

“Great location, lots of space”
This was our first visit to Venice and the apartment was really centrally located. We were met by Luca at the Rialto Landing Point and it was a short walk from there. The views over the waterways were amazing and we had lots of space for our family (2 adults and 2 older children) Thank you

Response from the owner Do not know what to say and how to respond. This guest has cancelled his staying four days before arrival, so he has never seen my property nor Venice itself. Even if it was not due because it was too late to have a refund for my goodwill i propose him a 25% refund, he accepted but he never gave me his bank account details to send him the money. He's also referring to an e mail i never sent so the only thing i can think is that he's confusing my property with another one.
