VENICE HEAVEN APARTMENTS CA GIULIA - VENICE HEAVEN

APARTMENTS is an apartment located in a strategic position that allows you to reach Piazza San Marco in real 5-minute walk.

On the top floor of a building build in 1700, without lift, the apartment has an area of about 65 square meters, with large living room with fireplace (not working because in Venice it is prohibited), dining kitchen with a beautiful terrace where in summer you can eat, double bedroom, dressing room with wardrobe, bathroom with an 'extremely wide shower.

His "makeover" has just ended: the living room with a double sofa bed in case you desire to sleep separately , the kitchen with stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and microwave, the bedroom, the storage area where there are washing machines, dryer, tables and ironing equipment.

Obviously there is heating and air conditioning equipment a SAFE deposit box and FREE WI-FI. - NETFLIX service available.

From the windows of the living room and the bedroom you can see the domes of the Basilica of San Marco and the Campanile and the top of the Palazzo Ducale. From the kitchen you can see the domes of the Church of Saints John and Paul and San Zaccaria.

The apartment is equipped with bed sheets and towels.

Besids that is a SELF CATERING apartment like all apartments in Venice.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

The use of WiFi Internet does not require any additional costs.

Central heating system is activated in the apartments, according to Italian laws in the province of Venice from October 15th until April 15th. After such date Air Conditioning System is expected from April 15th until October 15th. These decision are executed by the City of VENICE and expected to be followed by every citizen or not.

CHECK IN is from 3 to 7pm NOT later at the apartment. After 7 pm, check in will be NOT possible and consider NO SHOW, unless you will REQUEST it before the booking. If so, we will confirm, IF IN OUR POSSIBILITY, our availability and you will be charge an extra of Euro 50 upon arrival until and not later 9 pm at the apartment, not later.

Check in has to be schedule at least 3 days before arrival to set an appointment and we will to provide all the instructions.

In case we can not accomodate a late check in, clients will be check in the following day.

This rules is valid also in case of your delay. This fee will be paid extra on arrival and we will give you a regular receipt

Obligatory and ADDITIONAL COST on top of your cost there is the daily holiday tax which is per person and per day which is 4 euro up to the 5th day.

Since 24 August 2011 all visitors staying in an accommodation facility in the area of the Municipality of Venice must pay the "tourist tax".The tourist tax, per person, wil be Euro 4. Only to be paid for the first 5 days. Children under 10 years of age are free. Young people aged 10 to 16 have a 50% reduction. These amounts must be paid in cash upon arrival. Funds raised will help the town to improve the quality of tourist offers (services, museums, events ...) and to fund the works required to maintain, use and recovery the magnificent cultural and architectural heritage Venice boasts. . Libreria Acqua Alta Visiting this bookshop is an experience in itself. The second you enter, you will be overwhelmed and your mind will need time to absorb what you’re seeing. It feels like entering the house of a collector who can’t throw away anything, and you will have to make your way through small aisles in between walls of books until the ceiling. On top of that, books are also displayed in gondolas and in a bath tub, and are used to build an outdoor staircase. You are allowed to climb it so you can peep over the wall at the canal. The shop sells tourist guides and loads of fictional and non-fictional books on all possible topics. The flat is very near St Mark's - a really good location. You get used to the v short walk to the Vaporetto stop (san Zaccaria). The flat itself is beautiful. Would warmly recommend!
