Lovely, cosy but spacious two bedroom cottage situated at the rear of our family home.
Located close to the beach, town and railway station in Colwyn Bay with plenty of restaurants and cafes.
We are approximately 20 miles from Snowdonia making this a great base for all of the new attractions that North Wales has to offer, such as Surf Snowdonia and Zip World as well as those wishing to climb Snowdon.

“Rose Cottage stay”
Stayed at Rose Cottage with a friend from 13th to 17th February. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The host who lived next to the rental was on hand and very helpful.

“Lovely cottage”
Enjoyed a few days over Christmas in this lovely cottage that is well equipped comfortable and warm. Julian is the perfect host who made sure we wanted for nothing and left a wonderful hamper for our arrival. The cottage is just a few minutes walk to the sea front and amenities. We would highly recommend.

“Last holiday with granddaughter!”
Lovely cottage throughout. It is very handy for going to the beach and walking to the town centre. Our granddaughter enjoyed staying here very much.
