Just a couple of items that we would liked to have had...1st. kind of dissapointed their was only one refridgerator. The one in the kitchen just wasn't big enough for the amount of people we had. 2nd. the beach umbrella and beach items are extremely outdated and not very inviting to use.
But overall our stay was nice and we would consider staying their again. nice touch with the wine basket. Thank you !

Not a great start... We had arranged an early check-in, but the cleaning was not done when we arrived and when they left it was still a mess. Had not vacuumed, didn't change bed linens, etc. Very poor job but we called the office and they sent someone back out immediately so response to our complaint was great. The house overall was nice, but I would think at the beginning of the season it would have been in better shape. There were stains all over the furniture. Just not as nice as previous rentals through Outerbanks Blue. The week was perfect though with the location of the house, the weather, the beach area, etc. We will not choose Brandywine again, but we will definitely use Outerbanks Blue.

This spacious and comfortable home was the perfect place for our multi-generation vacation! Grandparents enjoyed their own private master suite. The bunks made for plenty of space for our eight children to settle. Having baby equipment available for our toddler made packing a breeze, and my husband and I enjoyed our view from the third floor master with it's beautiful bath. There was plenty of room at the picnic table or dining room accomodate everyone for boisterous mealtimes.
Near to the beach, tennis courts and playground, the location could not have been better for our active family. We enjoyed our private pool and hot tub almost daily (except for the day the Nor'easter blew through!)Plenty of indoor fun was also available with foosball, puzzles and games available to play.
This was a beautiful home in the perfect spot. We even got to bring our ocean-loving Lab! We are wishing we were still there. Until next year......

We had a wonderful and enjoyable time here. My family - in laws, etc. - have already asked if we're doing this again next year. The place was clean and well prepared when we arrived and the place was great for having lots of folks stay and enjoy. We especially enjoyed the decks and had lots of great cocktail hours and meals outside. The community is well situated - private and quiet -but close to anything we wanted i.e. stores, stuff to do.

We'd definitely recommend this house - especially if you're bringing kids and want to spend a lot of your vacation at the beach. We cooked, and ordered in most of the week. With plenty of room for the for all of us, we actually found some time to relax on our vacation! The private pool was great. We'll definetly be back next year.Enjoy.
