This beautiful character cottage is set in the village of Carrog near Corwen in North Wales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Yr Hen Felin is a beautiful character cottage in the village of Carrog, near Corwen in North Wales. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, which are made up of two double bedrooms and children's bunks. There is a family bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The remainder of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting room as well as a second floor games room with pool table. To the outside of the cottage is ample off road parking and enclosed lawned gardens with patio, gravelled area and furniture. Set in stunning countryside, Yr Hen Felin is a great place for a terrific holiday at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 55 TV with FreeSat, Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Fixed stair gate to ground floor. Ample off road parking. Terraced gardens (not enclosed for dogs) with patio, gravelled area and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Garden is on a slope and plenty of steps throughout garden, therefore not suitable for the less mobile. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: The property is over three floors with characterful beams and wooden stairs between each and a door to stairs for the games room. Note: The property is not suitable for charging electric vehicles. Note: The property has a £200 Good Housekeeping Bond.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: Carrog is a pretty village set on the banks of the River Dee which is home to a local pub that serves food, as well the Carrog Bridge which was built in 1660. It is a village in the county of Denbighshire and is surrounded by the Berwyn Mountain range offering spectacular views. The Carrog steam railway station is part of the Llangollen Railway which runs from Corwen to Llangollen.
