Spent a holiday at a luxury vacation rental with private pool, a pleasurable place to relax, as well as an easy set off for your excursions in the Rethymno region. When you feel comfortable you feel at home during your holidays in Greece. The ground floor holiday home of 100 sq is built on a separate plot, bounded by stone walls, landscaped garden, settled in typical Cretan scenery at walking distance (300 m) from the village "Pigi" for your daily shopping.
At the "Helidonia Villas Stefanos", located in a tranquilly rural area, we offer the perfect lodging for your family and friends for a relaxing holiday and also an ideal spot to undertake daily trips around the island!
The region offers countless recreational activities during all periods. The holiday home is situated at a short drive from the North coastline with sandy beaches and clear sea, the bustle of the town "Rethymno" with its Venetian harbour, historical sites to visit, gorges and caves to explore, the Cretan countryside with its magnificent nature, there is something for every taste, so that your vacation truly is pure enjoyment.
The space
Villa Stefanos - Helidonia Villas is a vacation rental with private pool and stunning panoramic views, located near Rethymno city and the beach.
Ground floor house. Accommodation: 6 persons. The entire inside living area is situated on one level.
- 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom.
- 2 bathrooms: one bathroom with bath, WC, basin & washing machine and a second WC with basin.
The villa is situated in the Cretan countryside near the village Agios Dimitrios. It is also located in the vicinity of tourist areas, like the beach of "Platanes" and Rethymno old town centre.
FACILITIES
- 100 m2 inside living area. - Private pool with an outside shower to refresh yourself and a safety fence for small children. - Large tiled patio around pool with relaxing sun lounges and parasol. There is soft lightning in and around the pool/garden area for the evening. - Wireless internet access is provided.
BEDROOMS
Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, air-conditioning unit (cool/heat), large mirror, safe, small TV Unit with Greek channels, as well as the foreign satellite channel chosen at the saloon area.
LIVING AREA
The living area consists of a spacious open plan living room. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a triple and double sofa. SMART TV in sitting area offering Greek channels and ASTRA satellite connection for the foreign channels. The living room offers an air-conditioning unit (air-conditioning unit (cool/heat) and an open fire place in the sitting area.
KITCHEN
The holiday house offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with freezer, dish washer, micro wave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and drying rack.
NOTES
* Beds made with sheets and blankets. Also kitchen and bath towels are provided. With a stay of more than 7 nights, extra sheets / towels are provided depending on the length of your stay.
* Pool: open from 15 April to 15 October, weather conditions allowing.
*Central heating: is available only for long term rental of minimum 1 months. At arrival I assist you to buy petrol from a local dealer and fill the tank up to your consumption needs.
