Located in the picturesque seaside town of Criccieth, nestled at the foot of Criccieth's 700 year old castle, and a stones throw from the beach.
This is the perfect property to share with family or friends because of its size and flexibility.The house has three floors, and the dining room, lounge, and master room all overlook the sea. The front terrace is the ideal place to be sitting with your morning coffee or in the evening with your wine while marvelling at the views and sunsets. At the rear of the property is a lovely little courtyard with ceramic pots and outdoor furniture; a real suntrap and perfect for al-fresco dining. And as the day draws to an end you can listen to the rolling waves that will gently send you to sleep. Please note within the price quote we have added a damage depoist which is refundable.

This charming Victorian Semi offers a spacious dining room with a table positioned nicely in front of the most amazing view of the sea and the castle.
A modern kitchen with island, fitted with stove, dishwasher and fridge freezer, wood burning stove and microwave oven.
Separate utility room provides a washer /dryer and plenty of storage for bikes, fishing tackle, walking gear etc.
The lounge Offers spectacular views of Criccieth castle and the sea, with plenty of comfy sofas and arm chairs for a relaxing and snug evening in. There is a large plasma TV and DVD player, with a selection of DVD's for all the family.
4 bedrooms (1 Super king-size, Double with en-suite, 2 x Twin beds ) to sleep 8
Bedroom one is on the ground floor: this a twin room with a sink and toilet close by on this floor.
Bedroom two is on the first floor and has a standard double bed with en-suite.
Bedroom three is also located on the first floor: it is a twin room with a shared bathroom and separate toilet.
Bedroom 4 is on the second floor. It is the 'master bedroom' and has a super king size bed with fabulous views out to sea. There is a large luxury family bathroom comprising of power shower, toilet and bath adjoining this bedroom.

There is so much to do in Criccieth, you'd be hard pressed to fit it all in. Whether you need to re- charge your batteries on the beautiful beaches, monkey about in the rock pools, or beach cast for mackerel and sea bass. Some beautiful coastal walks are also on our door step. A playground, bowls, and miniature golf course are 5 minutes' walk away behind the property

“Lovely house in an amazing location”
We had a wonderful week's holiday at Ardro. Particularly liked the location opposite the castle and the sea views were stunning. Very convenient for our trips to Harlech, Snowdonia etc.

“Fantastic property, brilliant location with sea views”
We had a wonderful stay, the house is very well situated, clean, well equipped and has a lot of space and communal areas so even with 8 of us we had plenty of space. Loved having the sea views from all of the front rooms, the house is as described and more. Wonderful!
