Oh Boy, just look at the views out to the Horizon!! Situated right on the Beach!!! Located in the heart of the picturesque Seaside town of Criccieth, at the Northern end of Cardigan Bay, Criccieth faces South, the hours of sunshine recorded equal the record of Devon and Cornwall. Generally Summers are warm and Winters.... Village within walking distance. Many fantastic eateries!!!
Nestled at the foot of Criccieth's 700 Year old Castle. With an ever changing Seaescape. A Victorian substantial residence with a Nautical quirky theme.
10 Mins drive to Porthmadog and Pwhelli. Further along the Peninsula you will discover water sports at Abersoch.
The property can be rented for x2 persons or up to 13 Adults plus additional child ( put up bed ) and babies
Prices stated are for X 11 persons Please enquire for a quote to include the Penthouse.

The property has many rooms with uninterrupted Sea views!!
Criccieth is home to a superb Castle within minutes walk of the property., sitting on the Headland. Criccieth Boasts a wonderful selection of restaurants tea rooms cafes fish and chip shops, ice cream parlours, available within walking distance within the village.
There's a beach directly in front of the property with another just a few minutes walk away. There's plenty or as little for you to do. Plenty of activities within the area for young families within close proximity.
Portmerion the stunning Italianate village where the Prisoner was filmed is approximately 25 mins drive away.

Board Games available.
The 1st floor has a large lounge with out reaching sea views!! Italian

“Wonderful family holiday house”
Lovely house, great location, ideal for family get together. Despite mixed weather we found plenty to do. Recommend visit Portmerion.

“Memories were made!”
A fabulous holiday home for our extended family, aged 1year to 75! Plenty of room, wonderfully comfortable beds( a necessary for me) great kitchen and lounge to eat and relax together…and the view!! Almost didn’t want to go out. Us two older ones loved the comfort of the Penthouse…. It was a wonderful occasional retreat where we could sit on the window seat and watch the waves ! Debbie was so helpful beforehand and during the holiday. Definitely hope to return. Thank you Debbie for sharing it.

“A wonderful holiday location”
Ideal holiday accommodation for a three generational family consisting of six adults and four children, on the sea front and on the Wales Coastal Path. Stunning coastal view to the south and to the west. The Lleyn Peninsula and Snowdonia National Park on the doorstep so many activities to choose from to keep all the family happy. The house is well equipped. There is enough room for everyone to be given space during the inevitable rough and wet weather which keeps all but the foolhardy indoors.

“Wonderful views with very comfortable accommodation.”
Perfect weather, local beach good ,not much sand though,mainly shingle, but for 6 children under 11 it was brilliant, as was the sandy beaches at Llanbedrog and Blackrock ( Morfa Bychan) .
