Delightful, ground floor holiday home on the outskirts of Boncath, near Crymych in Pembrokeshire, with two bedrooms accommodating four people.This delightful, ground floor holiday home is situated on the outskirts of Boncath, near Crymych in Pembrokeshire. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite shower, and one with twin beds. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The living area is open plan with a kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside is a lawn, a raised patio with dining furniture and off road parking for three cars. A great choice for friends, couples and small families.
Amenities: The cottage energy is generated through renewable technology coming from an Air Source Heat Pump and Solar PV. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine in shared utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Games Room with Family Gym equipment. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for three cars. EV charging via pay as you go on site 7kw charger. Secure bike storage including fishing and golf equipment. Enclosed lawned garden and raised patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.3 miles. Note: Although there is sloped access to patio and front door, there is one small step into property.
