This detached lodge is close to the village of Culbokie near to Dingwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Pine Lodge is a lovely detached lodge situated close to the village of Culbokie just six miles from Dingwall on the Black Isle in Scotland. The lodge can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are a double bedroom and a twin room together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with sofa bed. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private garden with furniture. Pine Lodge is a delightful lodge and an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of the country.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot bed/travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car with additional space for 1 car nearby. Front and rear lawned garden with furniture set in secluded parkland-style grounds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: There are 6 paving steps up to front door and 3 internal steps in hallway. Note: EV Charging Point available upon request (7kW, Type-2 with charging cable provided to parking space, competitive electricity unit costs available on request).
