Description

Dakota Dream's private 500-sq.ft. log cabin! Just down over the hill from our main house, you'll enjoy the privacy of your own little log cabin. The front deck faces a beautiful meadow and pines where deer often wander through.

Ideal for one or two couples or family with children who want a truly relaxing Black Hills experience. The cabin includes a kitchenette with 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator and microwave, bathroom with shower (no tub), one bedroom with queen size bed and full size futon, living/dining room with queen size sleeper sofa and eating area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, utensils and linens; everything you need to create a special meal. There are also towels and linens provided for the bathroom and bedroom. (Daily housekeeping is not provided.)

Three-night minimum stay and no smoking, no pets please.

“An awesome stay”

When we arrived, Mackenzie greeted us and showed us the cabin. It’s very nice, quiet, and the people in the area are so friendly. She’s got ladder ball, and other games, to play. We spent most of our time site seeing. Only a few minutes from Custer, and short drive to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Sturgis SD, Deadwood, and Devil’s Tower WY. Below are pics from the porch

We highly recommend this cabin/B & B. The location is close to all the area attractions, yet secluded enough to enjoy the wildlife & wooded scenery. The owners were great hosts!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mackenzie (the owner) a message.

If Mackenzie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
