This detached cottage is situated in the village of Llansannan near to Denbigh and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Cedar Lodge is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Llansannan just eight miles from Denbigh in North Wales. The cottage can sleep two people in one bedroom as well as shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and the lawned garden is enclosed with green hedges, and offers a patio area with Indian fire basket, as well as uninterrupted rural views. Cedar Lodge is a delightful cottage for use as a base to explore this lovely part of the country.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, TV with FreeSat. DVD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Private lawned garden with patio/decking and additional sitting area with fire basket and furniture. BBQ on request. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Mobile signal is intermittent. Note: Track to cottage though short is quite steep. Note: Property not suitable for children over 2 years of age.
