Response from the manager Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear you remain dissatisfied with your experience last year. Regrettably the property was over-occupied by 4 guests, invalidating the property owner's insurance. As we have a duty of care, we are unable to accommodate over the stated maximum occupancy for the property. I am sorry we were unable to resolve this to your satisfaction on this occasion. Kind Regards, Nikki at Sykes Cottages
