Welcome to Pontemanco the prettiest village in Due Carrare where you'll find relax quiet atmosphere amazing landscapes and more ….
Superb flat in nice and quiet area. Wifi provided. It is located at the groundfloor in a small palace close to the river. The flat is rebuilt and redecorate in a few last months so you will find amenities like air conditioner, entrance, private car park, pretty garden in the backyard, bycicle and more . 10 mins by car to Terme Euganee railway station which connects to Padova (10 mins) to Venice( 20 mins) to Bologna ( 40 mins) 5 mins to amenities, supermarket, restaurant, bars, gym with sauna. New development with high quality finishing.
The space is a clean and modern flat that is ideally hidden in a ancient village development in a quite neighbour in Due Carrare where you can retreat into a calm and peaceful nights rest in a warm and cosy setting. It is a full 2 bedroom flat with a real double bed , wardrobe and bedside table. The reception/living room comprises of kitchen with table and chairs sofa and armchair. A mattress can also be provided if required.
I ll give you a key so you can move everytime without restriction.
I try to provide my guest with as much information as possible and will be willing to give any advice within my knowledge. I also try to meet my guests if possible but I do have a demanding work schedule but is still willing to help with any queries.
The neighbourhood boasts several path in the area either to run or ride bycicle and is perfectly located beside the river where you will benefit from the stunning landscape mostly when the weather is good.
The nearest bus station is just 200 metres from the flat which is connected to the main lines to reach Euganei Hills, Venice, Padova, Verona in a reasonable 30 mins.
Not hesitate to ask me other requiries. For example if you like booking just a room instead of whole flat I can!!
Why don't add a delicious breakfast in the morning beginning your day with a nice flavour like homemade jam, croissant, juice, yoghurt and more?

How do damage deposits work?
