“Wonderful home away from home” Al Corso We spent a week in the Al Corso apartment and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect for us -- slightly away from the bustle of the central area, but close enough to walk there in 10 minutes. A bus stop across the street made it easy to get to other parts of Padua or to the train station when we wanted to make day trips to Verona and Vicenza. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed to make our own breakfasts and dinners, much of which we got from the Saturday market. Wifi worked well and we could even do our own laundry in the apartment, a big plus after a week away. We would stay here again anytime. Isabella has done a wonderful job in setting this place up to feel like home.

“Great location and still quiet and affordable” We (2 people) stayed there for one week during an exchange visit with the University. The appartment is located right in the center of Padova, but quiet. It is extremely well stocked, everything you might need you will find there. You can also work there efficiently since there is a big kitchen table.

“This apartment has everything you could want for a comfortable stay!” We spent a very happy and comfortable five days in this apartment. Hosts Isabella, Francesco and their daughter Sara were very warm, friendly and hospitable. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and in the perfect position for a visit to Padua - two minutes from the market in front of the Palazzo Raggione, and a very few minutes' walk from the other important cultural and religious sights. Despite being so central, it is also very quiet. Alan and I would heartily recommend it.

Special and spacious apartment in the historic center of Padua with private garage
We didn't want to leave; comfortable and perfect location

It is difficult to write a review for this apartment without sounding as if I am the owner's best friend (!) That is how lovely the apartment is---location, logistics, spaciousness, quietness. This apt is furnished & equipped like someone's home rather than like a rental; the photos are accurate but don't show the high ceilings, the cleanliness, or the serenity of the apartment. From a logistic standpoint, the WiFI is terrific in all rooms, the hot water is plentiful, lots of light and all the windows open for a breeze. The washing machine is brand new and easy to operate. The living room and master bedroom are particularly large, and the Master BR has a king size bed, virtually unheard of in Europe. The bathroom has a very deep tub as well as a shower...great for small children who want a tub bath...or for those who simply want to indulge in a long, relaxing soak. We loved our time in this apartment. Everything was easy and conveniently located, and everything worked, which is what you want when you are on vacation. There is a full grocery store right in the same building, and we loved going there every day to choose what we would eat. We saved a lot of money by eating in rather than going to restaurants all the time; we found food very expensive (dinner for 2 adults & 2 kids was nearly $100 for basic meals). There is also a cafe in the same building and a bakery 1 block away, and each morning we went to pick up fresh bread and rolls for breakfast. We walked everywhere... 10 minutes to the historic district, 15 to the train station (ultraeasy 30 minute ride into Venice), the famous Giotto fresco chapel, St. Anthony's Basillica & the University of Padova. There are tons of small shops, restaurants, etc and there is no need for a car. The roads are safe and flat, but very busy with traffic. This was our first stop in Italy and then we went on to Rome. Clean, quiet & central

We stayed in the Isabella apartment for 4 nights in mid-August (2014) and really enjoyed our visit. Isabella met us as arranged and provided excellent guidance and information about Padova ... and the suite. The suite was clean, quiet, airy and well equipped. The bed was large and comfortable. We were concerned about noise and pollution because of the very central location ... but it turned out not to be an issue and we really benefitted from the proximity to everything. We walked everywhere ... and the fresh food markets were only a few steps away. Isabella, her husband and daughter were hospitable and helpful without being intrusive. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it. … see more

Perfect holiday apartment

This apartment was the best we stayed in in Italy. The location was perfect and the place has everything the traveller needs to be comfortable. Quite close to the fast tramway, which makes it easy to get from the railway station to the area the apartment is in. We were made to feel very welcome, and were given lots of important information, e.g. where to buy food, etc. You can buy food at the daily market, which is just up the street, and you can walk to all the historic sites that make this city so interesting. We would certainly stay here again, and will recomment Padova to our friends as a very interesting destination. … see more
LUXURIOUS EXCLUSIVE apartment in Piazza delle Erbe, overlooking Palazzo della Ragione
Great stay!

We stayed at Ca Bimba for one week and had a wonderful time there. The location of the apartment is perfect and the view from balcony is amazing, you can see Palazzo Reggione and Piazza Erbe where the daily, central market is held. We were excited about going the market everyday and got fresh food, cheese, prosuitto, fruits...We couldn't get enough of the market. Enjoying cooking the special italian food at the apartment was great experience. Also Ghetto is our favorite neighborhood which is behind the apartment. The streets are quiet and charming and have many nice cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries. The historic area in Padova is beautiful. The good things of this apartment are not only the location and the great atomosphere, the hospitality of Isabella and Francesco is also wonderful. They are very sweet and supportive, giving, thoughtful. Thank you both for such a great stay! … see more
