Description
Nestled in the heart of Southwest Virginia, Ridge View Cabin is a relaxing place to get away from it all; yet, the charming and historic towns of Hillsville and Floyd Virginia are less than 18 miles away. Chateau Morrisette winery and restaurant is a 20 minute drive as is Villa Appalachia Winery. Foggy Ridge Cider and Blacksnake Meadery are 10 minutes away. The Blue Ridge Parkway is easily accessible and the Virginia Creeper Trail is in nearby Galax. There are plenty of other hiking trails around and river sports are nearby.
Ridge View Cabin offers 2 bedrooms, 1 King and 1 Queen with two full baths. There is a Queen sleeper sofa as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. There is a full-size washer and dryer. An open concept invites gathering around the dining table, the bar, or in the great room. There is a large porch with swing and rockers, which overlooks a lovely meadow and the Blue Ridge mountains. A deck features a picnic table for outdoor dining. Sit in the gazebo or relax at watch the sunset by the outdoor fire pit. Open the sliding doors to get that wonderful mountain breeze. We do have WIFI but speeds are slow in the area. Ridge View is perfect for two or three couples or a family. Additionally, The Enchanted Cottage can be rented in conjunction with Ridge View Cabin for even more privacy and an expanded group. The properties adjoin in the meadow.

“Fantastic Cabin Getaway”
Definitely a 5/5 star place. Cozy, clean and quiet. Very Well equipped kitchen, showers, and living areas. Love the wood stove and the handy logs nearby. Close to Floyd restaurants. Thanks, we will be back! David and Theresa - Roanoke, VA
