Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3,000 square foot home is in one of Purgatory’s newest and most sought after neighborhoods is located just across highway 550 from Purgatory Resort and is 24 miles north of downtown Durango (less then a 30 minute drive).

Enjoy the convenience of being at the ski resort, yet the privacy and additional space of a house with a garage (one space available). The resort is both an amazing winter playground, and offers a wealth of all your favorite mountain activities in a cool and comfortable summer climate at 8,900 feet. For ease, there is a free on-demand shuttle to the ski resort in both winter and summer.

The home is adjacent to over a million acres of national forest land and backs one of the finest hiking trails in the area. Unlimited adventures await in the incomparable San Juan National Forest with walking access to three watersheds with abundant trout and extraordinary vistas of the Needles Mountains. The home is located near the Purgatory Flats trail head, one of the finest and most scenic hikes in the area as well as a pond for fishing, paddle boarding and a playground and in winter, there is a cross-country ski trail right out the front door.

The house features an amazing backyard with a hot tub, BBQ Grill, Gas Fire Pit, plenty of seating and awesome views of Engineer Mountain. This residence is finished with hardwoods, slate, stone, and granite surfaces, all of the mountain-modern high-end finishes you’d expect t the ski resort. The 4th bedroom also serves as the game room with a pool table and TV.

Bed Configuration:

Main Bedroom - King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath (Main Floor)

2nd Master Bedroom - King with TV (2nd Floor)

3rd Bedroom - Queen with TV (2nd Floor)

4th Bedroom - 2 sets of Bunk Beds (single over Queen) (2nd Floor)

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied. 4WD is NOT required in the winter (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

The home is not pet friendly - please do not bring your pets.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
