PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Ambiente Elegante Two-bedroom condo is elegantly furnished to maximize your vacation experience in a spacious, modern, and relaxing environment. The living area has a balcony with a 4-seat dining table and BBQ-grill plus amazing resort pool and ocean views. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa, large TV, a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with 4-bar stools plus a separately 6-seat dining table. The corridor that lends access to the bedrooms, has access to the third bathroom with a shower and the laundry closet with a washer/dryer plus the storage facility with the beach chairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a balcony with 2 chairs, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two double (full-size) beds, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
There are two balcony terraces, adjacent to the living room and the master bedroom, each with an amazing resort pool and ocean views. This unit provides you with 1,600 sq. ft. of living space. Cable TV, three TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), free broadband wired and wireless internet, and an iPod compatible stereo set are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Boca Catalina building on the second floor (adjacent to the Divine Leisure Two-bedroom condo - BC255). Sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 beds

In regards to your unexpected beach experience, please be informed that each condo is individually owned and furnished, however, is provided with portable beach chairs and/or portable lounge chairs. In our many years' experience with this, our recommendation is always to provide a durable, lightweight and easy to carry/use option. Therefore most of the condos provide the ‘Tommy Bahama’ portable beach chairs or will be replaced with this in the future, as the durable portable lounge chairs tend to be not lightweight nor easy to carry. The straw cabanas and palapas on the beach are for public use on a first-come-first-serve basis, and unfortunately, we have no authority over its location nor the amount that is offered.
