Description

This property is not a mere investment property- it is my own personal residence that I am offering as a rental while I am working in Germany. As such, my home is furnished with lots of TLC, artifacts and artwork from my global travels.

I am looking for travellers who will treat my home respectfully and enjoy the cozy home environment I created. My aim is to establish a personal relationship among my guests and provide personal communication and guidance during their stay.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY RESERVATION BASED ON INCOMPLETE/PICTURELESS PROFILE.

•Franklin Glen/Franklin Farm area close to the Reston/Herndon/Fair Lakes area
•7 miles east of Dulles International Airport
•10 miles west of the Tysons Corner
•10 miles from the orange line Vienna metro stop
•25 miles from Washington D.C

My 3 level townhome is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near wooded walking/biking trails that eventually feed into the trails along Fairfax County Parkway and the W O&D. Grocery and other retail stores are located nearby about a mile away.

Currently, I offer 3 guest rooms. Each room is sufficiently comfortable for 1-2 persons. Also each room has its own designated bathroom, so no sharing necessary!

•Home office space located on the upper level, equipped with computer monitor, wireless internet, printer/scanner and desk – perfect quiet area for working or studying. Just connect your laptop or IPad and you're good to go!

•Powder room located on main level

•Well - appointed kitchen, equipped with every gourmet gadget imaginable!

•Open space living room/dining room area with hardwood flooring

•Custom built patio deck suitable for casual outdoor dining for up to 6 people. 6 burner gas grill AND a Weber charcoal grill with serving area.

•Media/Sitting area on the ground floor – 60” plasma TV with home theater system surround sound, wood fireplace, DVD/book library. 80” wide sofa converts to a queen size bed.

•Washer/Dryer room

My guest rooms are ideal for out-of-towners visiting family nearby or serious minded college students/business travelers looking for a cozier home environment in lieu of a sterile hotel/dormitory accommodation.
