Description

A beautiful new apartment with private parking on the site of the Old Police Station in central Filey.

You will find all the facilities here to make it a comfortable and homely stay but with the advantage of having 5 miles of golden beach on your doorstep, not to mention easy access to shops, seaside, golf club, pubs restaurants and live entertainment most nights of the week. We’re at the end of the Wolds Way and the beginning of the Cleveland way. The bus and railway station are 5 minutes away so it’s easy to get around.

Changeover days to allow for cleaning are Monday and Friday.

The kitchen area includes a microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and induction hob.

Children are welcome. Small pets by arrangement with the owner.

Although the apartment is on the first floor the stairway is easy to negotiate.

Outside there is a large store which will accommodate bikes. buggies and even golf clubs.

The apartment is in a brilliant position in the middle of town and the car space is invaluable as parking in Filey is so hard to find.Three cocktail bars are within staggering distance.

We had a wonderful 3 day break at this lovely apartment which is ideally situated in the centre of Filey. The location could not be better and with access from the rear of the building and a designated parking place..perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need for a short break. Only two slight issues, the beds were quite hard for our liking and the second bedroom could benefit from having a small wardrobe, other than that, spot on.
