Description

The apartment is in an ancient, quiet street in the historic centre of Florence, between Piazza San Marco and the San Lorenzo central market. It can be easily reached by a short walk from Santa Maria Novella railway station. The apartment has just been restored; it is carefully furnished with all conforts that will allow you to spend a very relaxing holiday in Florence. It is on the first floor ; il has a large living room with a dining area and a lounge area with a double sofa bed and an extra single bed , a double bedroom (available with king size bed or twin beds), a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with individual heating, air conditioned, dishwasher, washing machine, microwaves, TV, High speed WIFI Internet connection. For those coming by car, Parking Parterre à 900 m or other private parkings.

“Cozy and convenient!!”

The location is perfect. Close to the main attractions yet out of the crowed streets. The place is well appointed and comfortable and most of all Elisabeta is an awesome host!!

How do damage deposits work?

If Elisabetta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
