Description

Silence and elegance flat, with some paintings all the wall of the mid ' 700.It is located on the first floor (lift unavailable, about 22 steps to be climbed). It is a beautiful home, with spacious rooms and unique features. It has a special location in the real hear of Florence, between Piazza Santo Spirito e Piazza Pitti, close to Ponte Vecchio e Uffizi. You can enjoy the quiet, comfort and privacy that the apartment offer, but at the same time to be close to the most important attractions. It has also a terrance where you can eat and relax.

It is close to many: restaurants, food shop,bank, wine bar, bus stop, cafè.

The appartament is composed:full equipment kitchen, with kitchener, fridge, Owen, dishwasher,laundry,microwave,toaster,kettle.Living room with paintings all the wall, 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them with a single bed per each,1 little room for 1 single bed. 2 bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning, Tv, free wifi. About 110 sm.

The road owes its name to the boilers of the Wool Guild that many were in the Oltrarno area and serving to heat pools to dyeing of cloths.

The "Bucciolini Palace", which takes its name from the family, already owns of the "Palazzo Buciolini già Pitti" bought the Palace in the mid 19th century, the period when Florence was capital of Italy. In the entrance hall, in the center of the vault and on the gate there is the coat of arms of the family.

The frescoes date from the mid ' 700. As in many historic buildings there is not a lift, but there are 22 steps to get to the apartment.

In the same street of the flat, at the corner, so less than one min walk there is a really good grocery and in front of the there are also some food shop. Every morning in the square near by there is a really typical open market where you could by food, clothes, shoes and so on

Thanks for your suggest, anyway we have leaving in the flat all the staff avoid the insect, that we can use even during the night If would like to open the window (even in the summer period there is the air conditioning, so usually we sugeest to close the windows to use it).
