Relaxing and artistic home, in a strategic position beside the Tram line.
By Tramway, 10 minutes from Home to historical Center and "Santa Maria Novella" Station. 5 minutes from Home to "Morgagni" Universities Area and "Careggi" Hospital. All the main and cheaper services, one step around, like supermarket, bars, restaurants and so on.
The apartment consists of a quiet double bedroom overlooking the internal courtyard, a living area and kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom, a store room.
It's a great choice to live and visit Florence, avoiding the noise of the center.

“Perfect stay in Florence”
It was nice to stay at Luca's apartment. It is clean and cozy. Not far from city-centre and it is pretty fast to get there. Luca is very friendly and thoughtful. I would recommend his apartment.

Se ha riscontrato una non perfetta pulizia, questo sarà senz'altro nostra responsabilità. Alle sue lamentele Le abbiamo abbassato il prezzo dell'affitto, scalando molto più delle spese della pulizia, mi spiace che ciò non sia bastato ad attenuare la sua frustrazione. “A Great Place to Relax”
Touring can be stressful. My wife and I avoided the stress in Florence by renting this delightful apartment. The building is quiet, and there are good restaurants nearby. We chose to cook our own dinners three nights, saving money and enjoying the terrace in the evening. Luca, our host, was enormously helpful in orienting us to the neighborhood. Lovely Stibbert Park is nearby. Simply watching the fiorentinos go about their business, away from the city center, made us feel that we were home, away from home. We can't wait to return.
