The Auld Dipper is a detached, purpose built holiday cottage enjoying a scenic forest location with magnificent views. Only a few miles from Fort Augustus and the Loch Ness Monster but with a feeling of being far from anywhere. A perfect location for a stay in the Scottish Highlands, any time of year. Enjoy the long summer evenings with a barbecue on the decking or curl up in front of the wood burner on cold winter nights, after a day skiing at nearby Nevis Range. A great base to explore this dramatic landscape and outdoor capital of Scotland.

“Very good place”

“Superb location and cottage”
Loved our time at Auld Dipper near Fort Augustus. Clean, spacious, well set out and only five mins drive from town. Peaceful and tranquil. Pity about the customer service in one of the local shops. Suffice today we chose thereafter to drive 19 miles for supplies. But as fir the cottage, it was superb. Would love to return.
