Usherwoods Dairy is a stunning, semi-detached barn conversion resting on the rural outskirts of Bentham in the small hamlet of Tatham, Lancashire. Hosting five bedrooms, including a ground-floor king-size, a double with en-suite wet room, a double and a two singles, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is a large enclosed garden with patio and furniture and off-road parking for six cars. Usherwoods Dairy makes a wondrous location for your next family holiday to Lancashire.

Town: On the edge of Burnmoor is the tiny hamlet of Tatham. High above the traditional Yorkshire market town of Bentham and overlooking The Great Stone, this wonderful hamlet is well-situated to see all of Lancashire and Yorkshire. The Great Stone of Fourstones itself is a relic from the Ice Age, standing on the boundary between counties and has become a notable feature of the landscape. From here it's possible to see the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales National Park and The Forest of Bowland, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Visitors can use this wonderful little hamlet as a base for walking holidays across the famous three peaks of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-ghent whilst the less active may enjoy the range of amenities at nearby Bentham. These include a good variety of shops and a range of pubs and restaurants.

“Such a great house”
This is a marvellous house. So much room , for 3 generations and a dog. Very comfortable, warm and well equipped. Lots of walks in the area. Beautiful. Lovely owners.
