Description

Just 15 km from the historic centre of Florence, within "Villa Le Masse", Florentine countryside, large apartment, loft type, derived from the restructuring of the old ' barn ' of the villa which still retains large arched openings, high vaulted ceiling ' hut ' and generous dimensions.

Villa's Weights in Montelupo Fiorentino, located southwest of Florence, logistically perfect in terms of links; just 2 km there is the exit Ginestra Fiorentina of Firenze/Pisa/Livorno to arrive in 30 minutes to Pisa Airport and 15 minutes to Florence and its airport.

Villa Le Masse is positioned within an archaeological nature park/characterized by unspoiled nature full of forests and pastures and vineyards; inside the park there is also an archaeological site with ruins of a Roman villa of the first century BC. The town of Montelupo Fiorentino, about 4 miles, and is known for its traditional manufacture of art pottery that dates back to 1400, having been to all intents the official manufacturing centre of ceramics for the Medici family of Florence.

The loft, recently built, is located on the first floor of the villa, arranged on two levels, with direct access to the private garden from which one enters the House.

The Loft is composed as follows: the large open living space with double height, with ' living ', dining room, kitchen with center island, work area; the big main room which is accessed by a staircase leading to the upstairs Tower; a smaller room with sofa bed for one and a half square, from where you enter the bathroom with shower and washing machine.

From the living room, also entrance to the House, you come out on a beautiful terrace as living/dining outdoors; from here with a ladder, go down into the large garden, entrance to the House from the car park.

The furniture is designed by architect, homeowner, very contemporary. The environment itself is very modern and full of contrasting colors, appearances and some art ' pieces ' of vintage furniture.

The House can accommodate up to 4 people, two in the master bedroom, two in sofa bed. It is equipped with all comforts, accessories, bedding and everything for the kitchen, being the main house when Daniele in Tuscany.

The apartment is also equipped with WI-FI, Tv and air conditioning.
