Mt Baker Rim Cabin #19 - One Of Your Favorite Places - Now With Wi-Fi and Blu-Ray!

This deluxe 2-story, 4-bedroom high bank riverside family vacation home offers lots of extras! Outside you`ll find a nice deck with a gas grill and a new private Hot Tub! Inside on the 1st floor, you`ll discover one bedroom with 1-full size bed, a 3/4-bath with a 4-person sauna, an open living/dining area with a window seat that provides a great lounging place for early morning coffee with river and mountain views, plus a freestanding gas stove, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and a primary bedroom with 1-queen size bed and a walk-out balcony, plus 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. In addition, a private entrance leads to a mother-in-law suite with a full size futon and its own private 3/4-bath. This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep 8 to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. “Absolutely the best”

What a great lodge in a safe, gated community with 5 private bedrooms and the creek running right behind us. By far the best lodge we have rented for our group over the years.

The cabin really works well with its 4-bedrooms plus the attached mother-in-law suite. The hot tub and sauna are added bonuses. Thank you for your kind remarks regarding out staff. We would like to reciprocate by commending you on the respectful way in which you left the cabin upon departure. While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the community pool...in full disclosure, the community recreational amenities are restricted to owner use only. We're putting this out there only because the community does have an enforcement body that regulates usage and will fine the property owners if anyone other than the registered property owner attempts to use the facilities. That being said, there is a growing number of homeowner's who are working on having this community R&R abolished. Remember too that there is a sauna that will warm you up fast! While well insulated, the mother-in-law suite was a bit of an after-thought, so it doesn't have the same benefit from the central forced air heating system as does the rest of the house. That said, the space heater is quite efficient at warming things up. Many thanks for the respectful way upon which you left the cabin upon departure. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
