Description

In an architecturally award-winning listed barn conversion, the Threshing Barn, along with the Old Sheaf Store and the Hayloft enjoy an idyllically peaceful location in the grounds of Red House Farm. Equipped to a high standard, their beamed interiors simply ooze character. The Threshing Barn has its own dedicated sitting out area with furniture and is close to the owners' small farmhouse B&B home, where guests share 1 1/2 acres of gardens with picturesque views, BBQ, shared adult games room with snooker table (under 16s must be strictly supervised), and sitting-out areas around a large peaceful duckpond.

The sitting area with wood-burning stove, dining area and well-equipped fitted kitchen area occupy the ground floor. Stone stairs lead to first floor double bedroom with wash basin and TV, and a twin bedded room. The bathroom/WC with over-bath shower also is on the first floor, along with an airing cupboard.

1 well-behaved dog of SELECT BREEDS allowed in Threshing Barn. Guests must state when bringing a dog (see extra charges) and OK breed before booking. Toddlers and children of nappy wearing age are NOT allowed in the pool.As pool is 1.2m deep, it is vital that a child who is not comfortable standing on the bottom of the pool and having his/her head comfortably out of the water,* under no circumstances, should be in pool alone. A FULL SET OF SAFETY RULES/GUIDELINES IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
