Villa Casa al Monte può ospitare fino a 14 persone e può essere divisa in 2 appartamenti da 6/8 persone ciascuno. (appartamento "Chakyra" da 8 persone; appartamento "Katy" da 6 persone),tutte le camere da letto provviste di aria condizionata. La villa è completamente recintata ed indipendente,connessione wi-fi gratuita. Nel giardino, in posizione panoramica, è situata la piscina (6m x 12m ) e vasca idromassaggio,con gazebo ( 4m x 4m ). Sempre all'esterno ci sono due zone dove è possibile pranzare, una di queste coperta da un bellissimo pergolato in legno con tavolo da 14 persone.La villa è circondata da numerosi tipi di piante la maggior parte sono olivi. Casa al monte è particolarmente indicata per tutti quelli che amano una vacanza all'insegna del relax, dello sport e della natura.È possibile fare delle bellissime escursioni in mountain-bike partendo direttamente dalla casa (si possono noleggiare le bici su richiesta ), lo stesso vale anche per chi ama il trekking e le passeggiate a contatto con la natura. All'interno della casa è presente anche una sala fitness attrezzata.La biancheria è inclusa nel prezzo. Su richiesta e a pagamento è possibile avere un cuoco a domicilio, il noleggio auto con conducente e le pulizie infrasettimanali.Da pagare extra: Luce da pagarsi a consumo € 1,00 al KW ,pulizie finali € 180/00,gas a consumo € 4,80 m.cubo ( solo riscaldamento ), animali € 60/00

Response from the owner Buonasera,voglio rispondere e precisare che il prezzo della luce e del gas è scritto chiaramente nel documento delle spese extra che viene compilato insieme al cliente in doppia copia al momento dell'arrivo e viene conteggiato alla partenza sempre insieme al cliente,inoltre i contatori sono accessibili e visibili in qualsiasi momento,logicamente se vengono usati in maniera inadeguata,sia i condzionatori ( in modalità calore per sette camere) sia il GPL in una colonica di 400 mq le spese aumentano. Fino ad adesso nessuno si è mai lamentato per le spese extra ( molto probabilmente la maggior parte se non tutti i clienti,escluso voi capiscono che una colonica di quelle dimensioni ha i suoi costi ),inoltre mi sembra che non sia stato saldato completamente.
