Welcome to Harbor House B2!

**Please note that there will be ongoing concrete work to the buildings balconies and exteriors. Please expect to hear noise, see crew, & equipment. They are hoping to wrap things up by the end of the year but may have to extend in to Jan/Feb depending on weather and any unforeseen delays.**

Enjoy the sunsets over the gulf from the private balcony of this Gulf-front condo. Directly overlooking the beach and Gulf, and adjacent to the large newly renovated HEATED Gulf-front pool. This second floor, 2br/2ba unit is fully tiled. Granite counters vanities installed in bathrooms. Hall bathroom recently renovated with new tub and wall enclosure! Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, 3 New Smart TVs (incl 50" in the LR & 43" in Bedrooms), D/W, W/D and refrigerator.

The master bedroom and guest bedroom include upgraded, plush, pillowtop mattresses ensuring ultimate comfort and relaxation. CubieBlue USB charging bluetooth speakers/clocks in each bedroom! New recliner in the living room.

Response from the manager Thank you for leaving a review. We are glad to know you enjoyed the location and the decor. Harbor House is a small, older building and that aspect appeals to many. We appreciate your feedback. The stove eye functions, only needed to be pushed in. Please call us while you are here to address any issues you may encounter. After reading your comments, we compared a gulf front hotel room in Gulf Shores versus this 2BR/2BA gulf front vacation rental. The price for a hotel room was approx 50% more (2990). Please know that B2 has been upgraded such as the bathroom vanities, with granite counters, new tub with enclosure in the hall bath, both bedrooms have been tiled. The owner has plans to update the kitchen in the future. It's our goal to consistently deliver the best vacation rentals, in prime locations, at fair prices. Please let us know next time you plan a vacation, perhaps at another location, so we can deliver a proper 5-star experience.

How do damage deposits work?
