Welcome to Seacrest 405!

The Elevator Shaft Exterior Refurbishing project is scheduled to begin Monday, August 14th. With a completion date around the end of November. During the construction project, the East Elevator will not be operational Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Expect some noise associated with work.

During this time, we ask for your patience and cooperation during construction. The west side parking spaces will be blocked off.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled; new GRANITE counters, new Stainless Steel APPLIANCES, recently replaced sleeper sofa, & 55" Smart TV in the living room!! Book today!

Seacrest in Gulf Shores located directly on the beach along the beautiful Alabama gulf coast. Your private balcony delivers front row views of the sparkling emerald water. Prime location on scenic West Beach. Only a short drive to many attractions and walking distance to a convenience store & restaurant. Low-mid density complex directly on the beach and close to town!

Seacrest 405 is a 1BR/1BA, 4th floor vacation rental situated in the middle of the building. The elevators (2) are easily accessible, just outside the entrance door. On-site amenities include a gulf front pool & hot tub with cobblestone pool deck. BBQ grilling area. Pool side restrooms available. Pool Fobs required and located in the condo.

This direct gulf front condo is fully tiled with modern decor. Updated furnishings throughout including two side chairs and Capri sofa in the living room, bar stools, upgraded vanity in bathroom, and glass-top oven. Master bedroom now has blackout curtains. The private balcony, accessed from the living room, is spacious with plenty of seating. BBQ grilling area on-site. Cooking in is a breeze in your well-appointed kitchen with all appliances. Enjoy all the conveniences of home including a washer/dryer.

The thermostat allows cooling to a minimum of 70 degrees; heating to 74, system disable w balcony door open > 5min.. Tampering with system is a guest charge.

Lounge indoors to watch your favorite show on either of the (2) flat screen Cable TVs, 1 Blu Ray DVD; 32" TV in the bedroom and new addition 55" 4K UHD Flat Screen Smart TV in Living Room - stream Netflix using your account!

Our housekeeper was on the way to the unit but we redirected her due to the delivery and the slightly early arrival. The deadbolt is functioning. A start-up supply of essentials are provided as noted on the emailed 'Things to Remember to Bring' list. We are glad to know you enjoyed Seacrest despite the arrival mishap.
