Family friendly, two-story townhome on West Beach. Gulfside Townhomes is only a half mile away from the center of town and directly on the beach! Prime location within walking distance to restaurants & local attractions. Low density complex with a total of 40 units.
Gulfside Townhome 13 is 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom and accommodates 6 comfortably. Two additional people are permitted.
Both bathrooms upstairs have stunning new tiled showers!
Private covered parking for up to 2 cars directly under the unit ($22/veh). This vacation rental has two private balconies that offer views that overlook the courtyard, sugar white sand, emerald gulf water and pool areas. No grill on-site.

“needs some TLC.”
Bathrooms need up dated. Entire unit needs to be painted. Master bedroom bedding needs to be replaced
