Enjoy your summer vacation at a fantastic beach house at beautiful Hampton Beach, NH. Professionally disinfected and sanitized between each tenant so that you can relax and enjoy a safe vacation! Breathe in the sea air from one of the rocking chairs on the front porch. Go deep-sea fishing and cook your catch on the gas grill in the backyard outdoor dining area! Check out this amazing cottage! Minimum rental period is one week.

This is our family's newly remodeled beach house which we are only renting out for a few weeks this summer. We just finished totally renovating the entire first floor! These new pictures show the beautiful results! The price is now only $3000 per week plus NH Meals & Rentals Tax (plus the Booking Fee from TripAdvisor). In lieu of charging a large "Cleaning Fee", there is a $500 refundable cleaning and security deposit which will be returned if the house and yard are left absolutely CLEAN and undamaged. There is NO maid service and you must be willing to actually CLEAN the cottage upon departure. There is off-street parking for only ONE car. Just bring your linens and paper goods. NO SMOKING of ANY SUBSTANCE, or tobacco use of any kind (and NO Vaping or e-cigarettes either) allowed ANYWHERE on the premises including the porch and yard! This is NOT a party house and minimal rental age is 27 for all tenants unless accompanied by a parent, grandparent or legal guardian. We do ask our tenants to please keep the beautiful hanging baskets of flowers around the front porch well watered.

This cottage is just a 3 minute walk (175 yards) to the smooth, wide, white sand beach - no need to cross the traffic on Ocean Boulevard! However, it is not oceanfront or oceanview (only a peek through the bedroom window). Enjoy a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, deep-sea fishing, whale watching, para-sailing, mini-golf, free nightly concerts at the Seashell Stage and FIREWORKS!!! It's a short drive to golf courses, Water Country and the Kittery Outlet Malls. Portsmouth is just 25 minutes away and it is only about an hour to Boston.

The cottage has only 2 bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 6 people with a king bed and a twin bed in the front bedroom, and a double (full) bed and a twin bed in the back bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs. This cottage is completely furnished with a brand new full kitchen (gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc.) with custom cabinets, quartz countertops, a beautiful custom backsplash with seashells, a laundry room with full size washer/dryer, a separate shower room, expanded cable on two new flat screen TVs (watch the Red Sox!), free wireless internet, central AC and heat, a gas grill and picnic tables. We even provide a beach umbrella, beach buggy and beach chairs.

The house also has all new windows, siding and roof! There is a wonderful front porch with rocking chairs and some beautiful hanging flower baskets where you can sit back, relax and read a book, have a cup of coffee or cocktail or just enjoy the salty sea air. It's my favorite place on earth!

You must be willing to actually CLEAN the cottage upon departure and there must be NO damage to receive $500 Cleaning and Security Deposit back. No pets allowed. Parking for ONE VEHICLE!
