Description
Waterfront Cottage on Lake Hickory, North Carolina. This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage has a modern kitchen and stainless steel appliances, tiled shower, washer/dryer, hardwood floors, a screened breakfast porch, and a big deck overlooking Lake Hickory, which is just steps away down a gentle slope. From the deck and dock, watch the herons, turtles, ducks, and fish or just dive in for a great swim. It's perfect for a romantic getaway, a fun weekend for a couple of friends/couples, or a small family. We are in a small, quiet cove off the main channel. The water and the views are there to greet you in the morning and help you relax at night. This is a place to unplug. We do not have Internet or cable TV. We do have an antennae and get 20 plus stations plus we have over 100 movies and tv shows on DVDs. Cell service is spotty but texts work great.

“Peaceful and Quite”
