This wonderful stone-built farmhouse and attached barn is located on the outskirts of Horsehouse in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and can sleep 14 people in six bedrooms.Deerclose West Farmhouse is a wonderful stone-built farmhouse and attached barn, located on the outskirts of Horsehouse in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and can sleep 14 people. The cottage has a ground floor king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a ground floor king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor super king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request) with an en-suite, a super king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite bathroom, a family room with three single beds with an additional pull-out stacker bed, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a utility room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, an open plan kitchen, dining area and galleried sitting area in the barn and a first floor second sitting room with two sofa beds and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for eight cars and a front patio with furniture and 1.5 acres of grounds with a brook with a small 5ft waterfall. Deerclose West Farmhouse is a wonderful holiday base. Property will accept 2 well trained pets from the 29 Oct 2022. Note: If booking over Christmas or New Year, please note that this property won’t allow check-outs on the 26th Dec or 1st Jan.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 8 cars. Front patio with furniture and 1.5 acres of grounds with brook with small 5ft waterfall. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles, pub less than 1 mile. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: There is no mobile reception on any network at the property however, there is a landline available for use. Note: Due to the brook and waterfall, ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: Catering service and activities can be arranged by prior arrangement with owner. Note: No stag/hen, or similar. This property accepts a maximum of 2 dogs and there is a single £35 pet supplement per holiday. Dogs should be kept on leads at all times as sheep are nearby. Four bedrooms are en-suite and five super king-size beds that can be made up to Twin beds on request. Note: If booking over Christmas or New Year, please note that this property won’t allow check-outs on the 26th Dec or 1st Jan. Please note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £1000 for the property.
