Description

Cuckoo Cottage features both traditional and contemporary elements to create a comfortable and easy environment to make a holiday base as effortless as possible. It's underfloor heating provides an unobtrusive ambient temperature even in winter, and the large south facing ground floor windows look directly onto the Harris hills, sea and the island of Taransay.
The cottage is perfectly situated to explore Harris and Lewis, with easy access for hill-walking, visiting historical sites, and walking the miles of white sand beaches which have made the area so famous. The cottage is only metres from the dunes and beach of Luskentyre, providing a constantly changing, highly photogenic experience during every season.

This Cottage and place are absolutely fantastic. Different world. So calm and relaxing. The beach looks like the caribbean beaches, blue and clear water. The standard of the the Cottage is quiet high.

“Delightful cottage”

This cottage is well equipped including modern kitchen, lovely bathroom with very deep freestanding bath. The view across the dunes and beach are unbeatable also mountains at rear all within a few minutes walk, our best holiday ever.
