Description
We are located just 3 kilometers from the village of Kavousi at Tholos Beach. The large villa is just 40 meters from the beach, built on 2 levels and is divided into 4 comfortable condos ( or suites). The Helios Suite is on the upper level with its own entrance offering breath-taking views of the beach and the Mirabello Gulf. In the 90 sq m of living space there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 twin beds. One large bathroom has full facilities, plus a washer, dryer and hydro-massage. The large living-dining area is comfortably and tastefully furnished and includes satellite TV and WI-fi. A fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, cooking untensils, as well as the standard appliances. Wide wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling balcony doors of American furnaced oak open onto the 60 sqm balcony overlooking the well tended gardens, the 75 sqm pool, the beach and the Mirabello Bay.
We are centrally located in the prefecture of Lasithi in northeastern Crete, making it the ideal 'base' for your holiday. We are just on the edge of the Isthmus of Ierapetras, the narrowest point in Crete. Drive from Tholos Beach to the southernmost city of Europe in a mere 20 minutes!
The village of Kavousi is the home of a monumental olive tree, one of the world's oldest, and numerous archaeological sites and Venetian era churches. Across the bay is Agios Nicholaos, just a 30 minute drive away, with plenty of small villages and beautiful scenery along the way.
