This single story, ground level corner town home boasts an excellent forested location with plenty of critters and the babbling Snake River to enjoy on your private patio. As you enter, you will appreciate the open, inviting, and spacious living room, surrounded by plenty of windows to let in the sunshine and views from every direction. The comfortable living room has plenty of space to relax after a long day in front of the roaring gas fireplace. Any chef would feel right at home in front of the gas range in this well appointed and spacious kitchen. Serve your family of 6 at the dining room table, additional seating for 2 at the bar. Enjoy a quiet lunch at the patio table and chairs for 4 people. There is a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The primary bedroom features a King size mattress and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom features double sinks and a newly tiled jetted tub, shower combination. The guest bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed. In the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate any additional guests.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. PRICING: The rates above do not include 6.28% CO and local sales taxes, a 6.9% resort booking fee, and a $59 accidental damage waiver which will all be added to your reservation.

Rates DO include clean linens and towels when you arrive and include a cleaning after you leave. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay. A mid-week clean is available for an extra charge during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?
