Located in the elegant Settlers Creek complex, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious town-home is set in a great location with wonderful amenities and is sure to be your perfect mountain retreat! With two living areas, there is plenty of room to bring all of your family and friends! The bright and spacious living room boasts vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, and features a beautiful stone wrapped gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and leather furniture. Enjoy the stunning views out the window from the comfort of your couch, or walk out onto the private patio and breathe the fresh mountain air. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for dinners in. Serve your family at the dining table which seats 6 comfortably with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
