Very spacious property in a lovely quiet location very private off road car parking for 5 cars
Harbour and sandy beach within walking distance
4 large family bedrooms and one double
Conservatory and games room with small library facility card table etc with access to play secure play area
Property Must be vacated by 10 am on day of departure and available after 4pm on day of arrival (unless otherwise agreed with the owner)Out of season it is possible to pay a £50 supplement and have a late departures up to 5 pm There is a small flat available sleeps 3 adjoining the main house which is available to book from £50 a night fully self contained ideal for grandparents who want to enjoy the holiday with family but want their own space
. If you are having a celebration during your stay please notify us in advance and we will put up balloons for you.

“Brilliant for a large party gathering”

“Great place for family gathering.”
Lovely large bungalow with ensuite to most of it's 5 bedrooms. Clean, tidy, safe and well organised during these Covid times. Suited us as a family of younger and older members. Five mins walk to the beach and near enough for a pleasant walk into Rhyl along the promenade (approx 20 mins). Small drive to the A55 expressway that links to other places of interest. We enjoyed the food at the local Mayquay which is literally a 2 min walk from the bungalow. The pool table was a huge success too! Highly recommended.

“Very clean and cosy cottage”
Great cottage, great location, great host. The cottage is cosy, clean and decorated to a high standard. We loved the Christmas decorations in the lounge and dining area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need. The owner Pat was very helpful - great communication with her from the minute we booked till the morning we left. She is so understanding, and we are very grateful for her patience with us. I highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to use this place again.

“Suited perfectly”
We stayed at the bungalow with extended family. Ages ranging for 2 months to 89 years. Enough space for all and toys to keep the kids quiet. Having en-suites was a massive bonus for us. Location wise it was perfect. Bear to the beach and easy access to the harbour.

“Perfect place and location”
This bungalow is amazing, very spacious. Just like other reviews the pictures does not do it justice. It was a great place for all my family to meet up and celebrate a few different occasions, 30th birthday,Easter and baby shower. Plenty of toys for our 4 grandchildren to play with. The weather was hot, so we all got to enjoy sitting in the garden. There was enough garden furniture for all to sit around. Bedrooms all had an en suite toilet and sink, two had showers and a very large wet room. The kitchen was well equipped enough to cook a roast Easter lunch for 13 people. Great location, minutes from the beach for the kids to play and minutes from 2 pubs for meals. Thanks Pat for a lovely stay.
